Our Athletic Strength & Conditioning classes work on developing fitness and sports performance.
We utilise weightlifting, plyometrics, contrast training along with both orthodox & unorthodox strength training to develop power, agility, speed, along with many other fitness traits.
If you’d like an extra challenge, or are looking to try something new, these classes are a fantastic way to build your fitness using cutting edge training methods that all people from a new beginner member to a seasoned athlete can use.
