If you’re looking for a competitive workout, Thursday mornings at Salt we hold our Functional Circuit Training class.
We utilise EMOM (every minute on the minute), AMRAP (as many rounds as possible), For time (speed to finish wins this one) style workouts to deliver these challenges.
Some are strength based, some cardio based and some with a hybrid focus.
