Kettlebells are a favourite tool at our gym and of our head coach Sol, so of course we have a class built around using them!
Kettlebell Strength & Mobility is a fun workout designed to build fitness while developing all the “in between” areas like balance, co-ordination, rotational strength and mobility.
This class is suitable for beginners up to advanced, anyone who’s wanting to improve their fitness while having fun and learning new skills.
